What is the GMA Parent Upload Portal?
The General Movements Assessment Parent Upload Portal is the live deployment of fenna.tech’s secure upload portal, built in collaboration with the Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) to collect General Movements Assessment (GMA) videos from parents.

In everyday words
Clinics need parents to send short videos used in developmental assessments. Asking parents to “upload to OneDrive” or “email a huge file” is confusing and unreliable.
This portal gives the clinic a simple admin console, and gives parents a private webpage that only works for a short time.
The two main screens
1. Parent upload page
Parents open a special link on their phone or computer. They:
- enter (or confirm) the date the video was recorded
- choose the video file
- wait for the upload to finish
They never see clinic settings, other children’s names, or OneDrive folders.
2. Admin console (/setup)
Clinic staff sign in with an approved Microsoft account. They can:
- connect the clinic OneDrive folder that should receive videos
- choose settings (folder name, how long links last, who is allowed to administer)
- pick a child and generate a parent link
- see which links are waiting, used, or expired
